THE GIST:

Our client, innovative Web3 tech company based in San Francisco seeks a top-notch Executive Assistant to support their entrepreneurial CEO. This role will oversee all executive administrative responsibilities in an energetic and continually evolving work environment. Position is remote, however candidates must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area to assist with onsite meetings & tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, percipient, and has a track record of excellence working for a high-growth tech company or start up. Bonus points for an interest in blockchain, NFTs & crypto!

THE NITTY GRITTY:

Expertly coordinate CEO s business & personal calendars, addressing any conflicting appointments
Develop keen sense on how to best optimize CEO s time & priorities
Schedule & confirm meetings – both in-person and virtually
Arrange travel, both international & domestic, and prepare itineraries
Handle incoming & outgoing communications with discretion, confidentiality, and urgency
Manage complex administrative tasks involving financials, legal documentation, accounting, and investment related items
Plan and execute client meetings & events
Assist with other administrative functions and ad hoc projects, as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:

5+ years of C-level support experience
Experience working for a start up or high-growth tech company
Experience in Web3/NFTs/crypto/blockchain a plus!
Impeccable judgement and discretion in scenarios involving sensitive and confidential material
Ability to shift, adapt, and pivot when confronted with new challenges and opportunities
Polished and professional communication style
Highly analytical mindset and knack for numbers
Tech-savvy – strong digital & software skills
Familiarity with Slack, Notion, & GSuite a plus
San Francisco Bay Area based

COMPENSATION: $150,000/yr - $170,000/yr base salary + benefits + equity (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
