We re hiring a talented and hardworking Executive Assistant to provide holistic support to our New York-based General Partner. Previous venture capital, hedge fund, or crypto experience is preferred.

Profile:

You are an organized, hard-working, and composed crypto enthusiast with a no-task too small mindset. You live for the details. In this role, you ll be responsible for comprehensive executive administrative support to a General Partner on the Polychain team, and must be willing to support some personal assistant tasks as well.

The role is primarily remote and requires some in-person availability in SOHO, New York.

Responsibilities:

Act as gatekeeper, scheduler, and organized administrator to ensure their days run smoothly.
Handle complicated travel arrangements with detailed itineraries and timezone alignment.
Maintain organized records of administrative and operational activities.
Act as liaison between the partner and external parties (investors, founders, builders).
Procure equipment and systems needed to facilitate task completion and coordination.
Organize and execute incredible events e.g. team events, dinners, parties, or conferences.
Provide holistic support to the partner, including occasional Personal Assistant duties.

Requirements

Interest in the future of blockchain technology and web3 is a must. You don t have to know everything about it, but interest and willingness to learn are essential.
Highly organized and detail-oriented. You ll need to add structure while being flexible. Can you form the amorphous?
Excellent verbal and written skills. Every job post says this, but we really mean it. You ll need to be an A++ communicator.
Calm and poised demeanor with good judgment; employs the utmost discretion.

Robust technology skills; MS Office, Google Suite, and E-Signature software proficiency required. Notion is also valuable.
2+ years experience working in as an Executive Assistant, or in relevant Administrative, Operations, or Project Management roles. Preference for Venture/Hedge Fund or Crypto experience.
College degree is required.
